Post-sales
support
It doesn’t matter how long ago you purchased the stone, if due to active wear a chip, abrasion or other defect appears on it, we will correct the cut or polish it free of charge, returning the stone to its original beauty.
Expert
conclusion
At your request, we will issue an expert report from any certified Russian gemological laboratory. If the cost of a stone is over 100,000 rubles, we issue such an expert opinion at our own expense.
