Note! It is impossible to view custom-made stones before purchasing. The choice should be made based on photographs and descriptions. We guarantee that the characteristics correspond 100% to the description, and the photographs correspond to the real stone. The order will be delivered to the recipient after payment within 30 calendar days. In some cases, for reasons beyond our control, the delivery time may be extended by 60 calendar days, of which we notify customers in advance.
Changes to the order are only possible on the day the order is agreed before 20:00 by phone or WhatsApp (please make sure that you have been answered and your changes have been accepted).
- All confirmations and changes to the order are sent to the e-mail you specified. These changes can be viewed in your personal account.
- All orders must be checked with the courier. Claims regarding order completion will not be accepted after the courier has left.

If you did not manage to receive the order from the courier, and the parcel was returned to us, the funds for the goods will be fully refunded within 3 (three) working days from the moment the parcel arrives at our warehouse, excluding the actual delivery.
Return
According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, jewelry of proper quality is not subject to exchange or return.
However, we value each of our clients and, if for some reason the stone did not suit you during remote purchase, you can exchange or refuse it.
